Lubline COOL BS 70 - Mineral cutting fluid for a wide range of machining operations Lubline COOL BS 70 is a highly effective water-miscible mineral cutting fluid designed for use in a wide range of machining operations. Thanks to its formulation, which includes a high content of petroleum oil, corrosion inhibitors, foam-minimizing additives and preservatives, it provides excellent lubricating properties and corrosion protection. It is ideal for machining a wide range of materials including steels, cast irons and non-ferrous metals.

Application: on classic machine tools as well as on NC and CNC machining centers. The recommended concentration is 7–10% according to individual machining conditions. Ideal for chip machining of steels, cast irons, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Suitable for machining light alloys and materials with impaired machinability. A concentration of 7% is recommended for grinding operations. Excellent lubricating properties also allow use in sheet metal forming and deep drawing up to a thickness of approximately 1.5 mm. It can be used as a filling with limited flammability for less demanding hydraulic systems.

Storage: 0°C 0°C 10°C. The product is stable for up to 12 months. The warehouse must be equipped with a first aid kit and a source of drinking water. Prevent product spillage and protect against frost and water ingress.

Safety: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and safety glasses. Keep a safe distance from ignition sources. At higher temperatures, vapors may be formed that irritate the eyes and respiratory tract. Ensure measurement of the concentration of pollutants in the workplace.
