Lubline COOL BS 10 Lubline COOL BS 10 is a modern semi-synthetic machining fluid that combines synthetic components with lubricity additives, corrosion inhibitors and anti-foam and biocidal additives. This fluid forms a powerful microemulsion of opalescent appearance, which provides excellent cooling and flushing properties and effectively separates foreign oils. It is designed to ensure long service life without negative impact on seals, hoses and wiring.

Application: Lublin turning, milling and grinding on standard machine tools and centers. It is also very suitable for use on machine and band saws. The product is intended for a wide range of materials, including steels, cast irons and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. BS 10 should be stored in closed containers, in ventilated areas at temperatures of 10 - 40°C. The product is stable for up to 12 months. The warehouse must be equipped with a first aid kit and a source of drinking water. Store at least one day before use at a minimum temperature of 15 °C. Avoid spilling the product and protect against frost and water ingress.

Safety: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing, protective gloves and safety glasses or face shield. Keep a safe distance from ignition sources. At higher temperatures or mechanical spraying, vapors/aerosols may be formed that cause irritation of the eyes and respiratory tract. Ensure measurement of the concentration of pollutants (oil aerosols) in the workplace air.
