Loctite Super Bond Brush

Loctite Super Bond Brush is a one-component instant liquid adhesive equipped with a practical applicator, ideal for home use. This product is designed to create strong bonds between a wide range of common materials such as plastics, rubbers, metals, wood, ceramics, leather, textiles, paperboard and paper. Its fast curing time and high strength make it the perfect choice for quick repairs and bonding in the home.

Typical properties:

Before curing, the adhesive is a clear liquid with low viscosity, which allows easy application. After curing, it achieves high bond strength and resistance to temperature changes, water and impacts. Ensure that all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and tight. Remove all surface dust.

2. Avoid contact of the adhesive with the skin.

3. Unscrew the cap and spread a small amount of adhesive on one of the surfaces to be bonded only. Make sure that the brush is free of dust or other dirt.

4. Press the bonded surfaces together immediately and hold them pressed for 5 to 30 seconds, depending on the substrate.

5. Leave the joint undisturbed for 10 minutes or until the next day to reach full strength.

6. Avoid splashing the surrounding area, protect clothing and work surfaces. Hardened adhesive residues can be removed with Pattex Adhesive Remover.

7. For best results, bonding should be carried out at room temperature (15-30 °C) and a minimum relative humidity of 30%.

8. For optimal product life, wipe the tip with a tissue to remove excess adhesive, replace the cap and store the package in a cool, dry place. bottle with brush applicator.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. The shelf life of the unopened product is 18 months when stored at 2–8°C.
