This single-component adhesive cures using UV and moisture, ensuring fast and efficient processing even in shaded areas. The product is highly flexible and self-leveling, which increases the load-bearing capacity of the joint and improves shock absorption. Its ability to withstand a wide temperature range ensures long-term durability in harsh environments.

Application: Loctite SI 5091 is suitable for automotive, electronic, military and industrial components where potting, coating or sealing is required. It is recommended for flexible applications requiring good adhesion to a variety of materials such as metals, glass or plastics. Once cured, it offers medium strength, high flexibility and the ability to withstand temperatures up to +150 °C.     Instructions for use:

    1. Ensure that surfaces are clean and degreased.
    2. Apply the product to prepared surfaces and expose to UV radiation with a minimum intensity of 75 mW/cm? for 60 seconds.
    3. For shading. The depth of cure reaches up to 6 mm in 24 hours.
    4. Full mechanical properties are achieved after 72 hours.
    5. Excess material can be removed using non-polar solvents.
