Loctite 7240 is an excellent single-component, low-viscosity anaerobic adhesive activator in a spray form, designed to give Loctite sealants, sealants and anaerobic adhesives even faster cure times. The advantage of using Loctite 7240 activator is the reduction of cure times without significant loss of bond strength.
Loctite 7240 activator for anaerobic adhesives and sealants Loctite does not contain solvents and can be recommended especially for:
·gluing large joints,·at a curing temperature below 15 °C,
·accelerating the curing of passive and inactive surfaces,· surfaces.

The fixation time and curing speed of the bonded joint using Loctite 7240 activator depends on the specific adhesive, type of substrate, surface cleanliness and method of application (on one or both sides of the material).
