Loctite 7218 is an excellent blend of high-strength epoxy and ceramic – an easy-to-spread epoxy and a highly resistant product to abrasion and coarse particle corrosion. Its ceramic-filled content provides excellent protection, restoration or repair of production equipment parts that are exposed to heavy stress and wear in the temperature range of -30 °C to +120 °C.
Loctite 7218 ceramic-filled, non-sag epoxy extends the life of surfaces – reducing downtime for component repairs. It is suitable for uneven surfaces, for overhead applications and wherever it is required:
·resistance to abrasion and corrosion,
·reduction of abrasive wear,
·protection of surfaces against abrasion by coarse particles,

LOCTITE PC 7218 is a two-component gray ceramic-filled epoxy coating. It is applied with a spatula. It is designed to protect parts against abrasion by coarse particles or erosion on metals (also under the influence of chemical attack). It is intended for parts such as cyclone and separator bodies, dust collectors and exhaust devices, pump bodies and impellers, fan bodies and blades, chutes and hoppers, and pipe elbows and transition pieces.
