Loctite LB 8105 - 1 kg mineral grease

Application: LOCTITE LB 8105 is ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical industries, where it is used to lubricate moving parts such as bearings, pulleys, fittings and conveyors. It is suitable for systems with incidental food contact, both in food production and in pharmaceutical production. Application:

1. Surface preparation: For thorough degreasing and removal of dirt, use Loctite SF 7070 cleaner, which provides gentle but effective cleaning without damaging the surface.

   Material: For thorough removal of old deposits and dirt, including oils, greases and other industrial dirt, use Loctite SF 7840

2. Hand cleaning after work: After completing the application, use Loctite SF 7850 , which is suitable for effective hand cleaning. This biodegradable cleaner removes oils, greases and other contaminants. Loctite dry films for easy selection.

   

   Instructions for use:

   1. Shake the product thoroughly before application.
   2. Apply an appropriate amount to the cleaned part to be lubricated.
   3. Do not apply to conveyors during food transport.
   4. parts.

   Standards and certifications:

   • NSF International: Classified as NSF H1 for use as a lubricant for incidental food contact in the food industry.

Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging in a dry place. The optimal storage temperature is between 8 °C and 21 °C. Avoid storage below 8°C or above 28°C to avoid deterioration of the product properties. Never return unused material to the original packaging.
