Loctite LB 8014 (formerly Loctite 8014, IDH: 1214291) is a food-grade, non-metallic anti-seize lubricant, specifically designed for applications where high cleanliness and protection against seizure, abrasion, etc. are required. This product provides excellent protection in severe conditions with high temperatures and mechanical loads. Loctite LB 8014 is approved for use in the food industry and other industries where incidental food contact may occur.

Application: Loctite LB 8014 is ideal for:

• Food industry: Use in production lines and equipment where incidental contact of the lubricant with food may occur (e.g. meat packaging, dairy products, pe>). Protection of threaded joints, bolts, flange gaskets and other stainless steel components exposed to high temperatures.
• Automotive industry: Preventing seizure on metal components under high mechanical stress.

Use in application:

1. For thorough degreasing and removal of dirt, use Loctite SF 7063 cleaner. If you are working with plastic materials, Loctite SF 7070 is the ideal choice, which ensures gentle but effective cleaning without damaging the surface.
   Material: For thorough removal of old deposits and dirt, including oils, greases and other industrial dirt, use Loctite SF 7840

2. Hand cleaning after work: After finishing the application, use Loctite SF 7850, which is suitable for effective hand cleaning. This biodegradable cleaner removes oils, greases and other contaminants. Loctite dry films for easy selection.

   

   Instructions for use:

   1. Clean and degrease surfaces thoroughly.
   2. Apply a thin layer of lubricant to threads, screws, nuts and other metal surfaces.
   3. Assemble the parts. Do not dilute.

   Standards and certifications: The lubricant is approved according to the NSF H1 standard for applications where incidental food contact may occur.

   Packaging:

   • 907.

     Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between 8 °C and 21 °C. Storage outside this range may negatively affect the properties of the product. Do not return unused product to the original packaging.
