Loctite 8009 anti-seize is a special high-temperature protective paste - a black anti-seize grease based on graphite and calcium fluoride. This non-hardening graphite paste does not contain any free metals, lead, copper, sulfur or their compounds, is designed for long-term protection of metals under highly demanding operating conditions and is suitable wherever:
·long-term protection against seizing, ·temperature-resistant lubricating paste clamping forces in bolt sets, usable lubricant for stainless steel, titanium and other nickel-containing alloys, screw lubricant for greater clamping force at the same tightening torque, high-temperature lubricant for bolts, nuts, studs, bolts, pipe joints, etc. used e.g. in chemical plants, refineries, power plants, paper mills, steel mills and foundries, in the manufacture and repair of ships and aircraft, where it is necessary to effectively treat plugs, sleeves, forming dies and extrusion dies, heat exchangers, shear jaws, etc. <0 /9 clean and degrease, · apply a thin film of paste to the assembled surface and assemble the parts, · do not use thinner.
