Loctite HY 4080 GY - 50 g hybrid robust adhesive, gray

Instructions for use

1. The bonded surfaces should be clean and degreased. Clean all surfaces with a suitable Loctite cleaner and allow to dry.
2. When using, it is necessary to mix components A and B. The product is applied from the double cartridge directly through a static mixer.
3. Stand the double cartridge with the cap upwards. In this position, then insert the double cartridge into the application gun and start pressing the pistons by lightly pressing the trigger.
4. Remove the cap and squeeze a small amount of adhesive to make sure that both components flow smoothly and freely. Attach the static mixer and start extruding the adhesive.
5. Extrude the first 3-8 cm of the bead from the end of the static mixer into the waste, as the adhesive may not be well mixed at first.
6. Apply the adhesive directly from the static mixer. Join the parts to be bonded immediately after applying the adhesive.
7. The bonded joint should be firmly fixed or clamped until the adhesive setting time is reached.
8. Leave the bonded parts alone during curing. The adhesive must be allowed to cure properly before loading the bonded joint.
