Instructions for use

1. Clean all surfaces with a suitable Loctite cleaner and let dry.
2. It is necessary to mix components A and B before use. The product can be extruded directly from double cartridge using the enclosed plunger and apply the already mixed to the bonded surface using the recommended static mixer. double cartridge vertically and insert the enclosed plunger into it.
3. Keep the double cartridge still in a vertical position, remove the cap, attach the static mixer and slowly extrude the product into the waste until all air bubbles in the smaller component are removed.
4. Extrude a bead approximately as long as the static mixer into the waste to ensure sufficient mixing.
5. Apply the adhesive directly from the static mixer to the surface to be bonded. Join the bonded parts immediately after applying the adhesive.
6. The bonded joint should be firmly fixed or clamped until the adhesive setting time is reached.
7. Prevent the parts from moving together while the adhesive is curing. Allow the adhesive to cure completely (24 hours) before applying any operating load to the bonded assembly. Loctite HY 4070 safety data sheet available on request.

   LOCTITE HY 4070 is a two-component, milky cyanoacrylate/methacrylate hybrid gel adhesive. up to 5 mm. This product has excellent bonding properties to a variety of materials, including some plastics, rubber and metals. The product is intended for applications where complete cure of flows is required, as well as good resistance to moisture and higher temperatures. Best results are achieved using a mixing mixer (for HY 4070 and 3090).
