Loctite 9480 Hysol is an excellent and safe two-component epoxy adhesive intended for contact with food, both for industrial and domestic use.

Loctite 9480 Hysol is specially designed for bonding metal and plastic in the food industry and related sectors. for bonding parts of food packaging equipment. Loctite 9480 has been tested in accordance with the EU Plastics Directive 2002/72/EC and has been certified by an independent testing institute as a product for incidental food contact.
Domestic use:
Loctite Hysol 9480 Hysol epoxy is popular as a universal universal. Here it is used for strong bonding of metals, ceramics, wood, glass and rigid plastics, when it is used to bond mixers, microwave ovens, pasta machines and other household appliances. Here it is assumed that the adhesive will be placed between two bonded materials, so that it will not come into contact with food over the entire surface, but only at the edge of the bonded joint.
