The Loctite 319 + activator 7649 set is a special high-strength acrylic adhesive for metal-metal or glass-metal material combinations. The adhesive is intended mainly for bonding and repairing rear-view mirrors by directly bonding a metal holder to glass, but this Glass-Metall set is also generally used for bonding other materials such as ceramics or plastics (not recommended for thermoplastics). Loctite 319 adhesive hardens at the joint (Loctite 7649 can also be purchased separately), and very quickly - the fixation time is only 30 seconds. The product compensates for different thermal expansions, and is therefore suitable for other car repairs by bonding, e.g. for gluing hinges on revolving windows, metal levers, etc.:

·Clean the glued parts carefully. ·Apply Loctite 7649 activator to the glass and let it dry.
