Loctite 6300 is a completely unique, low-viscosity, high-strength adhesive for cylindrical assemblies and dynamically stressed components. This top anaerobic sealant from the Loctite portfolio is designed for thread locking or fastening and sealing flange and pipe threads. Loctite 6300 acrylate has a clean safety data sheet - there are no health risks when using it!
Loctite 6300 adhesive is a one-component green liquid that cures quickly without air access - functional strength in about 10 minutes. With maximum strength and temperature resistance up to +175 °C, it safely bonds mating parts in a gap of up to 0.15 mm with the following properties:
·vibration and shock resistance, ·high strength and health safety, ·bonding gears, pulleys to shafts,
/> ·resistance to axial and radial loads,
·fastening rotating and dynamically stressed parts.
A clean safety data sheet for Loctite 6300 adhesive means that it does not pose any health risk: it does not contain any hazard symbols, risk phrases (R-phrases) or safety records in sections 2, 3, 15 and 16.
