Loctite 603 is an excellent fast-acting high-strength bearing adhesive that is excellent for sealing and bonding cylindrical components with a gap of up to 0.1 mm. This bearing fastener offers functional strength in just 8 minutes, is oil-resistant and bonds even oily surfaces and surfaces where sufficient surface cleanliness is not guaranteed.
Loctite 603 acrylate is a green liquid that hardens without air access and is excellent at preventing loosening or leakage of the joint caused by shock and vibration. Loctite 603 is approved for use on bearings and sealing parts with low clearance and is ideal for:
·extreme loads and temperatures up to 150 °C,
·gluing loose gears to shafts,
·high-strength fastening of rolling elements> perfectly degrease,
·fastening of oil-impregnated bushings to bearing housings (houses).
