Loctite 5776 is a medium-strength thread sealant with DVGW (EN 751-1) and KTW approval developed specifically for metal pipe parts and fittings with fine and coarse threads up to a maximum size of M80/R3. This thread sealant has a thixotropic nature and allows easy, fast and reliable sealing of metal threaded joints. Loctite 5776 was developed specifically as a thread sealant for drinking, heating and gas. drinking water and hot water up to a temperature of 60 °C. Loctite 5776 metal pipe sealant has limited flow after application and cures
only in the absence of air and prevents loosening or movement. It does not release any particles into the pipe and provides permanent protection against corrosion.
