Loctite 567 is a special high-viscosity acrylic sealant for conical threads of metal pipes and fittings (e.g. stainless steel, aluminum) up to thread size M80. This product is a smooth, low-strength, gray paste that cures without air in the joint, resists vibration and shock, and prevents loosening or leakage of the joint. Loctite 567 thread sealant really has a lot to offer:
·sealing of coarse threads in refineries,
·securing conical threads in chemical production,
·thread sealant for hydraulic industrial systems,
·high self-lubricating ability to prevent compressed gas and other industrial distribution.

LOCTITE 567 is a gray thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant with low strength. It cures without air access and in contact with metals on threads up to M80/R3". It is best suited for thick metal threads, the loosening torque is 1.7 Nm. The viscosity of the product lies in the range of 280,000 - 800,000 mPa·a + the operating temperature range is from -55.
