Loctite 566 is an excellent acrylic sealant and lock for metal pipes and fittings designed specifically as a seal for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is a thread adhesive for brass, steel, galvanized or aluminum that cures without air access and eliminates loosening or leakage of the joint during vibrations and shocks. Loctite 566 thread sealant for metal is a brown liquid with medium viscosity, which therefore has a light strength. Generally, Loctite 566 is known as a sealant for hydraulics and is very successfully used for:
·securing metal pipes and fittings,
·sealing threads of pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
