Loctite 495 is an excellent low viscosity cyanoacrylate instant adhesive, which is one of Loctite's universal adhesives for manufacturing, repair and industrial bonding. LOCTITE 495 is a transparent, colorless, universal, ethyl-based instant adhesive with low viscosity (2 sec.) It can bond a wide range of materials including plastics, rubber and metals.
