Loctite 438 is a high-performance, rubber-filled, high-strength instant adhesive for fast, flexible bonding of metals, plastics and elastomers. This product is a low-viscosity, one-component cyanoacrylate (black liquid) that bonds in a maximum gap of 0.10 mm. This product can be described as an excellent universal instant adhesive for industry and manufacturing where:
Bonding of metals and magnets, Increased peel resistance,
Increased flexibility of the bonded joint, Bonding of materials with acidic surfaces,
Bonding of porous moisture and temperature,
Bonding of porous and absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabrics.
