Loctite 403 is a low-odor, low-vapor product. This product provides rapid bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers.

Loctite 403 is primarily intended for bonding porous and absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabrics. It is non-sag, cures in flow and can be used in larger joints.
