Loctite 268 is a high-strength anaerobic threadlocker and bolting compound that comes in a convenient applicator stick. The advantage of this product is its semi-solid, wax-like form, which allows the adhesive to be applied to threads wherever liquid threadlockers would run off the parts. Like them, Loctite 268 cures in the absence of air in a closed gap between the metal surfaces of the threads. The Loctite 268 anaerobic stick allows direct application to the material, which ensures an even distribution of the adhesive on the threaded parts. It achieves the same high strength as the liquid products of the Loctite threadlocker range, but offers many additional advantages:
·easy application with a stick,
·non-drip screw joint lock,
·high-strength thread locking and sealing,
