The lubricating properties of Loctite 232 facilitate assembly where high loads are transferred or high torques are used. It protects parts from seizing and wrinkling during disassembly and eliminates corrosion in the joint, but increases the forces for disassembly. Typical applications of Loctite 232 are for assemblies tightened with high torque and for press fits with high pressure. This product is only available in liter packaging.
