Product detailed description

The hexagon socket head cap screw according to DIN 6921 is made of galvanized steel of strength class 10.9. This component is intended for applications where high strength and corrosion resistance are required. The screw has a metric thread with a diameter of M12 and a length of 60 mm, while the thread length is 30 mm. The thread pitch is 1.75 mm, which is standard for this diameter.

The screw head is hexagonal with an integrated smooth collar, which increases the contact area and improves the distribution of pressure when tightening. The head width is 16 mm and the head height is 11.5 mm. The collar diameter is 26.6 mm, which ensures a stable hold and minimizes the risk of damage to the surface of the material into which the screw is fastened.

The surface treatment is white zinc plating, which provides additional corrosion protection and increases the service life of the screw in harsh conditions. This screw is suitable for use in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and other areas where high demands are placed on the strength and reliability of fasteners. The screw is comparable to the EN 1665 standard, which guarantees its compatibility with similar components on the market.
