Ergo 5950

Ergo 5950 is a very low viscosity adhesive that is specially designed for applications with the smallest gaps and very small droplets in micro applications. The product is characterized by excellent flowability and easily wets even difficult surfaces. Offers good resistance to aging and climatic influences.

Application:

Ergo 5950 is ideal for use in micro applications where a very low viscosity adhesive is required. Typical applications include electronic components, precision mechanics and optical instruments. It is suitable for bonding metals, plastics and rubber materials. Tensile strength on round rubber profiles:

- SBR / SBR rubber ?18mm: > 2000 N

- SBR / SBR 10 days/70°C: > 1800 N

- EPDM / EPDM rubber ?16mm: EPDM 10 days/70°C: > 230 N

Use for application:

For optimal application of the product, the use of precise dosing devices or fine drop applicators is recommended.

Instructions for use:

1. grease-free.

   2. Apply a small amount of Ergo 5950 to one of the bonded surfaces.

   3. Join the bonded surfaces and hold them firmly during the recommended fixation.

   4. Allow to cure for 24 hours to achieve maximum strength.

   Packaging:

   Ergo 5950 is available in various package sizes, including small bottles for precise dosing.

   Storage:

   Store away from sunlight to maintain product properties for 12 months.
