Ergo 5925 Universal Grade

Ergo 5925 is a universal, fast-curing adhesive designed to withstand inactive or difficult surfaces. Despite its relatively low viscosity, this product is capable of bonding difficult materials such as porous rubber, cardboard, paper, cork or leather. The product is certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential drinking water systems. water

Application:

Ergo 5925 is ideal for use in areas where fast and reliable bonding of materials such as rubber, cardboard, paper, cork or leather is required. Examples of applications include shoemaking, leather repair, paper product bonding and other industrial applications. rubber: > 1700 N (?18mm)

Use for application:

For optimal product application, it is recommended to use a dosing device to precisely apply the adhesive to the target surface.

Use:

1. Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry.

   2. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one of the bonded surfaces.

   3. Join the parts and hold them firmly for the time necessary to achieve fixation (see fixation times for different materials).

   4. Allow the joint to cure for 24 hours for maximum strength.
