Ergo 5400

Ergo 5400 is a fast curing adhesive designed for excellent performance on various types of plastics. It is ideal for bonding parts made of various plastic materials. The product is certified according to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 required for contact with drinking water.

  5400 is suitable for use in the automotive industry, electronics, consumer goods manufacturing and other areas where a fast and strong connection of plastic parts is required. Examples include bonding plastic housings, seals and other components. curing achieves high bond strength, for example:

• ABS / ABS: material failure (DIN EN 1465)
• SBR / SBR rubber ?18mm: > 2000 N
• EPDM / EPDM rubber ?16mm: > 250 N

For optimal application, it is recommended to use a dosing device for precise application of the adhesive to the surfaces to be joined.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the surfaces to be joined are clean, dry and free of grease.

   2. Apply a thin layer of Ergo 5 and keep them in contact for the time specified in the fixing times.

   4. Allow the joint to cure for 24 hours to achieve maximum strength.

   Packaging:

   Ergo 5400 is available in various pack sizes, which include small bottles for manual application as well as use.

   Storage:

   Store the product in a dry and cool place at room temperature to maintain its properties for 12 months.
