Ergo 5039 Universal Adhesive

Ergo 5039 is a universal adhesive in the form of a thixotropic gel, which is ideal for applications on vertical surfaces or overhead. Due to its excellent gap-bridging properties and fast curing, it is suitable for various types of wood and other materials.

Application:

Ergo 5039 is ideal for use in the automotive industry, furniture production and wood construction, where a fast and strong connection of materials such as metals, plastics and various types of rubber is required. Examples include bonding aluminum parts, joining rubber profiles and fastening polycarbonate components. 14 N/mm? according to DIN EN 1465

- Tensile strength on round rubber profiles:

- EPDM / EPDM - rubber ?16mm: > 220 N Application:

The use of application guns or dosing systems is recommended for precise application of the adhesive.

Instructions for use:

1. Before application, ensure that the surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease.

   Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded.

   3. Join the parts and press firmly for the time specified in the fixing time for the material.

   4. Allow to cure for 24 hours for maximum strength.

   Packaging:

   Ergo 5039 is available in a variety of package sizes, including smaller tubes and larger industrial packages for bulk use.

   Storage:
