Ergo 5011

Ergo 5011 is a general purpose adhesive with high resistance to surfaces that are commonly considered problematic or inactive. This product is designed for a wide range of uses and is suitable for a variety of materials and applications. It is certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential drinking water systems. use in drinking water systems

Application:

Ergo 5011 polycarbonate and EPDM rubber. Examples of applications include assembly of metal parts, repair of rubber seals and bonding of plastic components. ?18mm: > 1800 N

- EPDM/EPDM ?16mm: > 250 N

Use cyanoacrylate adhesive equipment when applying the product.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease.

   2. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one of the bonded surfaces.

   3. Join the parts and hold them for the time necessary to achieve fixation (see fixation times).

   4. Allow to cure for 24 hours for maximum strength.
