Product detailed description
Ergo 4900
Ergo 4900 is a low viscosity activator based on an organometallic compound dissolved in isopropanol. This product accelerates the curing process of anaerobic adhesives and sealants and is recommended in cases where curing within seconds is required or where inactive materials or too large gaps prevent normal curing. In addition, excess adhesive in contact with air can be completely cured by subsequent application (e.g. by spraying).
Advantages:
- Very fast curing
- Short evaporation time
Organometallic compound (dissolved in isopropanol)
Application:
fast curing of anaerobic adhesives, for example in the automotive industry, machine assembly or electronics. It is suitable for applications where inactive surfaces or larger gaps between joints are present. adhesives)
Use when applying:
< adhesives and sealants such as brushes or spray guns. Instructions for use: Apply Ergo 4900 to one surface and the adhesive to the other. To bridge larger gaps, Ergo 4900 can be applied to both sides.2. The activator must evaporate completely to avoid disturbing the wetting and curing of the adhesive.
3. Join the components as soon as possible.
4. Fix the joined parts for at least 2 minutes (verify the correct fixing time for your specific application).
5. Store the parts until they reach functional or final strength.
Packaging:
Ergo 4900 is available in various pack sizes suitable for different industrial applications.
