Ergo 4254 Flexible Instant Gasket

Ergo 4254 is a highly viscous sealant designed for aluminum flanges and mating parts made of various materials. It stays in place for a long time, even on vertical surfaces, thanks to its excellent flow. It provides instant sealing properties against low pressure and is easy to remove.

Use for Application:

For optimal product application, the use of an application gun or brush is recommended for even application to the surface.

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean, dry and degrease thoroughly before application.

   2. Apply an even coat of Ergo 4254 to one of the flanges.

   3. Join the flanges and secure them in the desired position.

   4. Allow the product to cure for at least 3 hours to achieve functional strength.

   5. Allow to cure for 72 hours to achieve final strength.

   Packaging:

   Ergo 4254 is available in various package sizes, including 50 ml and 250 ml tubes, allowing flexible use according to project needs.

   Storage: temperature up to 25 °C. Avoid direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
