Ergo 4212 Pipe Sealant with PTFE

Ergo 4212 is a high performance PTFE-enriched pipe sealant designed for use in applications where large gaps are present. This product is ideal for easy removal with a common tool and provides excellent resistance to organic solvents. It does not require any additional curing process, even at higher temperatures.

  Application:

  The product is ideal for use in pipe systems with large gaps where easy disassembly is required. Examples include industrial pipe systems, drinking water systems and food processing plants.

Instructions for use:

1. Thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces to be joined before application.

   2. Apply Ergo 4212 evenly to the threads.

   3. Join the parts and tighten as required.

   4. Allow to cure for the specified times to achieve the required strength.
