Depending on the diameter of the threads used, the connection is firm or almost impossible to loosen. The product stands out for its high resistance to temperatures and chemical influences.

Advantages:

  • Resistance to dynamic loads and vibrations
  • Heat resistance up to 200 °C
  • Solvent-free, good chemical resistance
parameters:

  • Chemical basis: Methacrylic acid diester
  • Curing system: Anaerobic adhesive
  • Shelf life (standard packaging ? 250 g): 12 months at room temperature
  • Flash point: > °C (Brookfield RVT, spindle 5, 20 rpm): 8,000 – 12,000 mPa•s
  • Density at 25 °C: 1.1 g/cm?
  • Color: Red
  • Maximum thread diameter: M26 mm

Application:

Ergo 4115 is ideal for use in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and other areas where high bond strength and resistance to temperature and chemical influences are required. Examples include securing screws in engines, sealing nuts in industrial machinery and securing bolts in structures. Nm, prevailing torque > 23 Nm, shear strength > 25 N/mm?

Use for application:

For optimal application of the product, it is recommended to use standard application guns for anaerobic adhesives and suitable cleaners for surface preparation.

Usage:

  1. Before application, thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces to be joined.

    2. Apply the product evenly to the threads of the screws or nuts.

    3. Join the parts and tighten as necessary.

    4. Allow to cure at room temperature. Initial strength is achieved in 1–3 hours, functional strength in 3–6 hours and final strength in 12–24 hours.
