Ergo 4052

Ergo 4052 is a medium strength threadlocker designed for applications where resistance to chemicals and temperature fluctuations is required. This product is ideal for securing threaded connections that must withstand vibration and mechanical stress, while providing rapid cure even on galvanized and stainless steels. It is certified for use in commercial and residential potable water systems up to +82°C and is suitable for use in food processing facilities. drinking water

• Viscosity according to Brook Spindle 3, 2.5 rpm: 4000 – 9000 mPas

Application:

Use for application:

Standard thread application tools, guns are recommended.

Instructions for use:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.

   2. Apply Ergo 4052 to threaded joints.

   3. Assemble parts and tighten to specifications.

   4. Allow the product to cure for the recommended time before putting it into service.
