Ergo 3140 Super RTV Silicone Transparent

Ergo 3140 Super RTV Silicone Transparent is a neutral curing, one-component silicone sealant designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This product is characterized by its high temperature resistance, mechanical strength and vibration resistance, as well as excellent resistance to weathering and chemicals. Ergo 3140 Super RTV Silicone Transparent serves as an adhesive and sealant that provides optimal sealing, protection and adhesion to a wide range of materials. It is typically used in situations where it is necessary to join or seal surfaces in heating or cooling equipment, or in applications where electronic components require protection from external influences such as vibration, shock, moisture and chemicals. Examples of applications include bonding and sealing parts in household appliances (e.g. ovens and ceramic hobs), seals in electronic components (e.g. batteries), seals in automotive applications (e.g. intake manifolds, oil pumps, oil pans, camshaft bearing caps, gearbox covers and front covers) sealing.

Use for application:

The use of standard application tools for silicone sealants, such as application guns, is recommended. application:

1. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease.

   2. Cut the tip of the cartridge to the desired size and attach the nozzle.

   3. Apply the product evenly to the surface.

   4. Join the parts together and allow to cure.

   5. Clean tools and excess material after use.

   Storage:

   Store at room temperature in a dry place. Keep in the original packaging to maintain the product's properties for 24 months.
