Ergo 3110 Super RTV Silicone BLACK

Ergo 3110 Super RTV Silicone BLACK is a neutral curing, one-component RTV silicone designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This product is characterized by its high temperature resistance, mechanical strength and vibration resistance, as well as excellent resistance to weathering and chemicals. Ergo 3110 Super RTV Silicone BLACK is an adhesive and sealant that achieves optimal sealing, protection and adhesion to a wide range of materials. It is typically used in situations that require the connection or sealing of surfaces in heating or cooling equipment, or in applications where electronic components require protection from external influences such as vibration, shock, moisture and chemicals. Examples of applications include bonding and sealing parts in household appliances (e.g. ovens and ceramic hobs), seals in electronic components (e.g. batteries), seals in automotive applications (e.g. intake manifolds, oil pumps, oil pans, camshaft bearing caps, gearbox covers and front covers) and doors.

  • Use for application:

    For optimal application of the product, it is recommended to use standard application guns for sealants and silicones.

    Usage:

    1. Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease before application.

      2. Cut off the tip of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle.

      3. Apply the silicone evenly to the desired area using the application gun.

      4. After application, smooth the surface with a suitable tool to achieve an optimal bond.

      5. Allow the product to cure at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours to achieve maximum strength.

      Packaging:

      Ergo 3110 Super RTV Silicone BLACK is available in cartridges, metal tubes and cans. Cartridges have a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature, while metal tubes or cans have a shelf life of 24 months.

      Storage:

      Store in a dry, cool environment at room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
