TEROSON UP 210 is a premium filler for everyday use suitable for filling pits, which gives a perfect surface before painting. TEROSON UP 210 can be used to repair:

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface around the damaged areas (wetting, holes, scratches) must be clean, dry, and free of all oils and grease. In case of corrosion, the rust must be removed down to bare metal. The entire repaired area should be sanded with 120 grit sandpaper. It is not necessary to remove the original paint around the damaged area, as long as it still has good adhesion to the substrate. Finally, the sanded areas must be properly cleaned and prepared for further steps using TEROSON VR 20.

APPLICATION

Prepare an appropriate amount of filler according to the size of the repair (40ml) and 4 to 5 cm (2 to 3%) long thin beads of component B. Mix with a suitable spatula until you achieve a uniform, uniform color. After mixing, the filler application time is approximately 3 minutes at a temperature of 20°C. Apply the mixed product to the repaired area so that all pits, scratches or holes are properly filled. A thicker layer can be created from several thin ones. The surface can then be sanded in 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature. The hardening of the filler can be accelerated by heating with an infrared heater, the surface temperature of the part max. 60°C).
