PCMW 527802 E is an axial sliding ring made of steel sheet with a PTFE working layer. The rings have a high load capacity, very low friction, high sliding speed and operate in a wide temperature range from -200 °C to +250 °C. They are suitable for operating conditions with high loads and a requirement for maintenance-free operation. The PTFE-based sliding layer of the bearing is partially transferred to the opposing surface after a short run-in period, thus creating a physically bonded sliding film.
