PCM 606540 E is a sliding bushing rolled from steel sheet with a PTFE working layer. The bushes have a high load capacity, very low friction, high sliding speed and operate in a wide temperature range from - 200 °C to + 250 °C. They are suitable for operating conditions with high loads and a requirement for maintenance-free operation. The PTFE-based sliding layer of the bushing is partially transferred to the opposing surface after a short run-in, thus creating a physically bonded sliding film. However, regular relubrication improves their performance and extends their service life.Additional parameters
