SKF Explorer bearing 6315 2RS1 C3 - non-separable single-row radial ball bearing with a steel cage guided by balls with double-sided friction seals and radial clearance greater than normal. The seals of the 6315 bearing are made of oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized to a metal reinforcement and are pressed into grooves in the outer ring. The sealing blades rest on a smooth inner ring. The 6315-2RS bearing is filled with high-quality lubricant with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C for the entire life of the bearing. SKF 6315 Explorer class bearings represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in the main operating parameters, such as noise, vibration, manufactured with higher accuracy than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
