Pattex Wood Super 3

Pattex Wood Super 3 is a high-quality, water-resistant, white dispersion adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate, intended for bonding wood and related materials. It is ideal for assembly and structural bonding both indoors and outdoors, including applications such as window and door frames, sashes, large-area bonding of laminated pressed boards to chipboard, and bonding of joints, for example kitchen worktops. The product is designed to withstand strong climatic fluctuations and moisture loads.

Advantages:

- Wood bonding: approx. 15–20 min at +20 °C, approx. 25–30 min at +10 °C

- HPL board bonding: approx. 40 min at +20 °C, approx. 25 min at +40 °C, approx. 25 min at +40 °C, °C

Application:

Pattex Wood Super 3 is ideal for bonding wood indoors and outdoors, including window and door frames, large-area bonding and bonding joints. It is suitable for all types of gluing in interior spaces with strong climatic fluctuations and moisture loads. application:

Recommended tools for application include a brush, plastic spatula, glue roller or glue application machine.

Coverage:

Approximate consumption is 150 g/m², which depends on the absorbency of the substrate. use:

1. Prepare the glued surfaces - they must be dry, free of dust and grease.

2. Apply the glue on one side in a thin layer. For hardwood and exotic woods, we recommend a double-sided application.

3. Join the glued surfaces during the open time and press.

4. Maintain a pressing pressure of min. 2 kp/cm?, for hardwood and HPL boards 3–5 kp/cm?.

5. After finishing the work, clean the tools with cold water.

Storage:

Store in original, closed packaging in a dry environment at temperatures above +5 °C. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
