Pattex Wood Express (Fast-setting dispersion adhesive)

Pattex Wood Express is a white dispersion adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate, which is specially designed for fast structural bonding of wood and related materials. Due to its unique properties, it is ideal for structural bonding of mortise and tenon joints, tongue and groove joints, veneers and plywood, for bonding joints (solid wood), large-area materials, HPL boards and pressed wood fiber boards. It is characterized by high stability at higher temperatures and is resistant to aging. viscous

- 8 min at +30 °C

- Bonding HPL boards: approx. 15 min at +20 °C, approx. 8 min at +60 °C, approx. 4 min at +80 °C

- Bonding veneered edges: approx. 6 min at +20 °C, approx. 90 sec. at +60 °C, approx. 60 sec. at +80 °C

Application:

Pattex Wood Express is ideal for use in the woodworking industry, furniture production, assembly of wooden structures and other applications where high strength and fast hardening are required.

Typical properties: medium viscous and easy to apply. After hardening, the joint is transparent, flexible, paintable and resistant to aging. For hardwood and exotic woods, a double-sided application is recommended.

Coverage:

With a consumption of approx. 150 g/m?, the adhesive can be used for various types of wooden joints depending on the absorbency of the substrate.

Instructions for use:

2. Apply the adhesive on one side in a thin layer.

3. Join the glued surfaces during the open time and press.

4. Observe the recommended pressing pressure and time.

5. Clean the tools with cold water after finishing the work.

Packaging:

Available in plastic bottles with a capacity of 250 g and 750 g.

Storage:

Store in the original closed packaging in a dry environment. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
