Pattex Power Spray Permanent (Spray Adhesive)

Pattex Power Spray Permanent is a highly effective spray contact adhesive that is ideal for a wide range of interior applications. Thanks to its unique formulation based on styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), it offers fast adhesion and high final strength. The product is designed to bond a variety of materials, including fabrics, foams, leather, metals and wood. Its use is easy thanks to the adjustable spray intensity and fast curing.

Application:

Pattex Power Spray Permanent is ideal for bonding fabrics, polyether/polyester foams, cellular foam rubber profiles, insulation materials, leather, imitation leather, felt, cardboard, metals, wood and polyester. It is also suitable for bonding PE foils to insulation, profiled parts and stressed materials without fixation, carpets, insulation and upholstery work. It is not suitable for bonding expanded polystyrene, PE, PP and plasticized PVC.

Typical properties:

Before hardening, the adhesive has a sprayable consistency and a transparent to light beige color. After curing, it achieves high bond strength, which depends on the pressing pressure and the type of bonded material.

Use for application:

For optimal application, it is recommended to use a spray head with adjustable beam intensity. Hold the spray 15 to 20 cm from the surface of the bonded material.

Coverage:

Consumption is approximately 150–250 g/m² for double-sided application, which depends on the bonded material and the method of applying the adhesive.

Make sure that the bonded surfaces are dry, clean and free of all dirt.

2. Shake the container thoroughly before use.

3. Adjust the intensity of the spray beam.

4. Apply the spray to both sides of the bonded materials.

5. Let the adhesive dry for 10 minutes.

6. Join the parts to be glued together while the adhesive is still tacky and press them firmly together.

The product meets Henkel's internal quality standards. ml.

Storage:

Store for 24 months from date of production. Protect from direct sunlight and temperatures below +5 °C and above +50 °C.
