Pattex Chemoprén Extreme Klasik is suitable for contact bonding with very high strength, e.g. for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard and various hard plastic materials. For bonding insulating materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures (e.g. near heating, hobs, etc.). Porous or overly absorbent materials (chipboard, wood) should be coated at least once with Chemoprén Extreme KLASIK glue diluted with Chemoprén Thinner KLASIK in a ratio of 2:1 before bonding. It is not recommended for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, plasticized PVC, PE and PP. It is not recommended for use on joints that come into direct contact with food and drinking water.

1. The bonded material must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. When bonding smooth materials such as metal or plastic, additional roughening of the surfaces will increase the strength of the joint. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use.
3. Apply a thin layer with a notched trowel, brush or roller to both surfaces. Let the adhesive layer dry for about 15 minutes, then place the two glued parts together and press firmly. The strength of the joint is determined by the force of the pressure, not the duration of the pressure. The final strength is achieved after 24 hours.
