Molykote 7508 is an excellent synthetic silicone-based valve grease. It is designed to lubricate ceramic valve parts that are exposed to water, frost or high temperatures up to 200°C. Silicone grease Molykote 7508 is suitable for both plastics and rubber (e.g. seals) and is used wherever: good long-term lubrication, excellent adhesion, low evaporation, silicone for lever faucets and taps is required, extending the life of ceramic parts and valves,
lubricant for rubber seals or plastic parts,
lubricant for thermally stressed steam distribution valves,
protection against the effects of hard water on ceramic valve components.
Silicone grease Molykote 75 is used for lubricating control and safety valves, steam pressure regulators, check valves, gate valves, ceramic parts of water taps, etc. It is especially suitable for sealing the threads of lever faucets.
