Molykote 1000 is a high-performance, nickel- and lead-free lubricant that provides superior protection for threaded connections over a wide temperature range. It is used to prevent seizure or seizing of threaded connections that are repeatedly assembled and disassembled, e.g. for nuts, screws, pins, bolts, hinges, etc. Molykote 1000 paste is frost-resistant from -30 ° C, as a high-temperature lubricant it protects at very high temperatures up to 650 ° C and at the same time allows high thread pressure loading. Molykote 1000 screw paste offers ideal use in corrosive environments where it is necessary to ensure simple tightening torque. Molykote 1000 high-temperature paste with solid lubricants provides long-term thread protection in demanding industrial environments where:
