Lubline HLPD 32, 46, 68 - Premium oils for hydrostatic mechanisms
Lubline HLPD 32, 46, 68 are high-quality hydraulic oils with detergent-dispersant properties, intended for use in hydrostatic mechanisms. These oils are formulated on the basis of deeply refined petroleum base stocks, which are produced by special hydrogenation technologies. They contain a multi-purpose mixed additive that improves their anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties, oxidation stability and other useful properties. The presence of a detergent-dispersant component ensures a very good cleaning effect in hydraulic systems. The oils are further refined with an anti-foam additive, a VI modifier and a pour point depressant, which favorably affects their low-temperature properties. (elastomers).

Application: Lubline HLPD oils are designed for highly loaded high-pressure hydrostatic mechanisms, such as hydrogenerators with high requirements for anti-wear effect of oil (lamella, axial and radial piston). They are ideal for systems with long-term oil fillings and where there is a risk of contamination by mechanical impurities, machining fluids or water. Typical applications include machine tools with electro-hydraulic control.
