Product detailed description

The 50x85x10 NBR-WAS seal from Dichtomatik is a shaft sealing ring designed for applications requiring reliable sealing against oils, greases and dirt. This component is ideal for use on rotating shafts where medium mechanical and temperature loads are expected.

The seal is made of nitrile rubber (NBR), which is a synthetic polymer known for its excellent resistance to oils and chemicals, as well as the ability to operate in a temperature range of approximately -30 °C to +100 °C. The NBR material provides good elasticity and wear resistance, which guarantees a long service life of the seal.

The seal design includes a sealing lip that provides an effective seal between the shaft and the housing, and a dust boot that protects against the ingress of dirt and dust. The metal shell provides additional strength and stability, increasing the overall reliability of the seal.

The dimensions of the seal are precisely defined: the inner diameter (d) is 50 mm, the outer diameter (D) is 85 mm and the height (H) is 10 mm. These dimensions are critical for the correct assembly and function of the seal in the respective mechanical system.

The 50x85x10 NBR-WAS Dichtomatik seal is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where it is necessary to provide protection against lubricant leakage and dirt penetration, thereby contributing to the optimal function and service life of rotating equipment.
