Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operation.

The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, determines a belt width of 22 mm and a height of 17 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 5300 mm, while the inner length is 5280 mm and the outer length reaches 5345 mm. The minimum diameter of the pulley for which the belt is suitable is 224 mm. This belt is marked with the manufacturer's number 1654836.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
