Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, determines the belt width, which is 22 mm, and the belt height, which is 17 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 4500 mm, with the inner length being 4480 mm and the outer length being 4545 mm. The minimum pulley diameter for which the belt is suitable is 224 mm. This belt is manufactured under the trade name DK by Optibelt and is marked with the manufacturer number 1651665.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
